What we clean
Glass and polycarbonate roof panels, UPVC frames, sills and doors, conservatory gutters and downpipes, plus soffits, fascias and bargeboards on the main house. We can also clean the inside of the roof panels — ask for it when you enquire and we price it into the same visit.
Why conservatories need a gentler clean
The shaded panels of a conservatory roof stay damp long after the rest of the house has dried, so algae and moss take hold — especially on polycarbonate and in gardens with trees overhead. Left alone, the growth creeps down the frames, blocks the gutters and eventually causes leaks.
But the same roof is also the easiest part of a house to ruin with a pressure washer. Polycarbonate clouds and scratches, and any method that attacks the panel seals turns a cleaning job into a repair bill. We softwash the panels and brush the growth away at low pressure, then rinse the frames and glass down by hand.

UPVC frames, sills, guttering, downpipes, soffits and fascias cleaned down while we are set up, so the whole conservatory matches.
Rinse and tidy
Everything rinsed down, debris cleared from the garden and paths, and we can quote the driveway or render in the same visit.

- Do you clean the inside of the roof too?
- We can. Interior roof panels, especially on older polycarbonate roofs, collect condensation marks and cobwebs. Ask for it when you request your quote and we will price it into the same visit.
