What cladding cleaning involves
Commercial cladding collects road film, algae, exhaust residue and streaking from run-off long before the building itself needs any repair. Left alone, that layer dulls the coating, makes signage hard to read and gives customers a poor first impression of an otherwise well-run site.
We clean the panels with low-pressure soft washing and dedicated cladding detergents, lifting the dirt out of the finish rather than blasting it off. Guttering, fascias, downpipes and signage are treated at the same time so the whole elevation matches.
Surfaces we clean
Composite & coated panels
Powder-coated, PVC-coated and composite cladding on warehouses, factories and retail units.
Signage & shopfronts
Fascia signs, illuminated boxes, entrance canopies and glazing surrounds brought back to a clean finish.
Gutters, fascias & soffits
The streaked areas above the panels — cleaned in the same visit so the elevation looks even.
Render, brick & concrete
Mixed elevations handled with the right method for each material, including render and blockwork.
How we work on site
- Survey. We review photos or attend site to check panel type, height, access and the level of soiling.
- Fixed quote. You get a written, no-obligation price with the method and expected time on site.
- Set up and protection. Electrics, doorways and stock areas are protected, and access equipment is set up safely.
- Soft wash and rinse. Detergent is applied, given dwell time, then rinsed from the top down for an even finish.
- Tidy and walk round. We clear run-off, tidy the area and walk the elevation with you before leaving.
Why businesses book it

Clean cladding and readable signage make a unit look maintained to customers and landlords.
Planned maintenance
Annual or twice-yearly visits can be scheduled so it never gets back to the worst state.
Common questions
How much does commercial cladding cleaning cost?
Cost depends on the size and height of the building, the type of cladding and how much staining has built up. We quote per job after reviewing photos or visiting site, with no obligation.
How often should cladding be cleaned?
Most commercial buildings benefit from a cladding clean every 12 to 24 months. Units near busy roads, farms or industrial estates often need it annually.
Will pressure washing damage the cladding panels?
We soft wash coated and composite panels using low pressure and dedicated cladding detergents, so the coating and seals are protected. High pressure is only used where the surface allows it.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. We regularly work early mornings, evenings and weekends so cleaning does not disrupt trading or site operations.
We need access to water
We need access to a reliable water source to complete all jobs. Failure to provide this may result in higher costs due to time wasted, or cancellation of the work if necessary.
