For businesses across the East Midlands

Fleet & van cleaning for local businesses

Mobile fleet washing at your depot, yard or site. Regular schedules, out-of-hours visits and safe cleaning for sign-written vans — so your vehicles turn up looking like the company you want customers to see.

Built around how your vehicles actually work

Vans earn their keep on the road, not in a wash bay. We come to you with our own equipment and clean the fleet where it is parked, so nothing is taken off the job for half a day. Whether that is two sign-written vans for a trades business or twenty vehicles at a depot, the visit is planned around your shifts.

We work with builders, plumbers, landscapers, couriers, letting agents and site contractors across Mansfield, Ashfield, Nottingham, Chesterfield and the wider East Midlands.

What we offer businesses

Regular schedules

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance washes that keep the whole fleet consistent — and cost less per vehicle than one-off deep cleans.

Out-of-hours visits

Early mornings, evenings and weekends so vans are cleaned while parked up and your drivers lose no working time.

Sign-written & wrapped vans

Snow foam pre-wash and safe contact cleaning at the right pressures, so graphics, vinyl and decals are protected.

Site & depot visits

We travel to your yard, depot or car park with our own kit and work through the fleet in one organised visit.

What a fleet clean includes

  • • Exterior snow foam pre-wash, contact wash, wheels, arches and trims
  • • Sign-writing, wraps and decals cleaned without lifting the edges
  • • Cab interiors: vacuum, dash, door cards, glass and console
  • • Footwells and seats shampooed or steam cleaned where needed
  • • Load areas and bulkheads swept out and wiped down on request
  • • Odour and mould treatment on cabs that have had a hard life

How we set a fleet up

  1. Tell us the fleet. Number of vehicles, sizes, where they are kept and whether interiors are included.
  2. Site visit or photos. For larger fleets we will come and look at access, parking and water before quoting.
  3. Fixed per-vehicle price. A clear rate per vehicle, with a lower rate on a regular schedule.
  4. Book the slot that suits. In hours, out of hours or overnight — we work to your rota, not ours.

Common questions

Do you clean vehicles at our depot or yard?
Yes. We are fully mobile and clean fleets on site at your depot, yard or car park anywhere within roughly 30 miles of Mansfield. We just need somewhere to park up and a reliable water supply.
Can you work out of hours so vehicles stay on the road?
We can. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all possible so vans are cleaned while they are parked up, and your drivers lose no working time.
Do you offer a regular cleaning schedule?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance washes keep a fleet consistently presentable and work out cheaper per vehicle than occasional deep cleans.
Is it safe for sign-written and wrapped vans?
Yes. Sign-written and wrapped vehicles are pre-washed with snow foam and cleaned with safe contact methods and correct pressures, so graphics and vinyl are not lifted or dulled.
How is a fleet priced?
Pricing is based on the number and size of vehicles, how heavy the soiling is, whether interiors are included and how often we visit. Larger fleets and regular schedules get a lower per-vehicle rate.

We need access to water on site

We bring our own equipment, but we need access to a reliable water source to complete all jobs. Failure to provide this may result in higher costs due to time wasted, or cancellation of the work if necessary.
